About Status Of Civil Liberties in India To-day

This refers to the on going political tussle either about Lokpal Bill Or Black Money spearheaded by Anna Hazare ji or Baba Ramdev ji ,the ruling élan asking the propriety of both the self acclaimed leaders who neither have the backing of Indian Republic nor have they been handpicked by the representatives of the very Indian Republic whose societal aspirations they have tended to espoused.
The ruling élan, seems to be at the center of storm for taking an unexplained position be it the dilly delaying on both the issues so dear to "Common Man" besides washing dirty linen of civil Society Men & raining Police Danda on sleeping men, women ,children who camped for next day discourse of Yoga but was clandestinely used for his agenda by Baba RamdevJi.
The Govt. seems to be miffing the dissenting voices (Freedom Of Speech).The political parties forget that year after years the people interests in Election is somewhat that of indifference if not losing, because of non-availability of choices , the scale of voting is still less than 50% despite achieving 61 years of age by Indian Republic.
The quaint essential of the twin issues under focus is that despite these being close to the hearts of people at large, these shall achieve little unless there is re-invention of the values in ourselves, as we cherish these in others but do little to inculcate these in ourselves rather we tend to circumvent the principles & values on the face of conveniences. Re-inventing values & principles shall pull -out our Society from the State of Anarchy ,otherwise , there shall always be a need for a "Super watch dog" over all institutions & institutional heads & the clouds of doubts shall always remain hung in the air, system of Social Audit should be instituted instead.
